Short, specific descriptions work best: 'curtain bangs', 'wispy see-through bangs', 'blunt bangs to the eyebrows', 'side-swept bangs', 'micro bangs'. Add a length if it matters, for example 'soft curtain bangs that stop at the cheekbones'. Common salon terms like these give the most predictable results.
