No. It is a visual simulation for fun and curiosity. Real pregnancies vary hugely with body type, the baby's position, the number of babies and many other factors, and the AI knows none of that. Treat the result like a costume preview, not a forecast, and never use it to make health decisions.
Early adds a subtle bump with slight belly growth, roughly what people picture in the first trimester. Mid, the default, gives a clearly visible bump like the second trimester. Late adds a full, prominent bump typical of the third trimester. If you are unsure, start with Mid and then try the other two on the same photo.
A standing photo that shows at least your torso, taken from the front or the side. Fitted tops make the bump look most natural, and a plain background helps. A face-only selfie gives the AI nothing to work with, and heavy coats or crossed arms over the belly often lead to odd results.
